The contract for the provision of the booked travel service is concluded directly between the customer and the supplier.

4. Bookings and Payments

  • Trip1 is not liable for damages, losses, or additional costs incurred due to errors, cancellations, overbookings, force majeure, or supplier failure.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trip1's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the booking.

All content on Trip1.com, including text, graphics, logos, software, and data, is owned or licensed by Trivial OÜ and may not be copied, distributed, or modified without prior written consent.
