About BloodManor Season 2026
BloodManor is New York's longest-running haunted attraction, now marking more than 20 years of scares. Live actors work 10,000 square feet of terrifying rooms, narrow halls and hidden passageways in a building that was once the studio of Civil War photographer Mathew Brady. A walk through takes about 30 minutes, or 20 if you run. It is not recommended for under-14s, who must be with an adult.
The 2026 season runs through 7 November, with tickets sold in half-hour time slots from 7pm. On Halloween night there is a special one-hour slot starting at 11:59pm, and Lights Out Nights on 1, 6 and 7 November run from 7pm to 11pm. On remaining student nights, students get $10 off with valid ID at the door. BloodManor is at 359 Broadway in Tribeca, near the Canal Street (N, Q, R, J, Z, 6) and Franklin Street (1) stations, and the venue is ADA accessible.
Hotels in Tribeca, SoHo and the Financial District are all within walking distance of 359 Broadway, and downtown makes a good base for the rest of a Halloween trip to New York.
