Long-run normals
These pages show what a month is usually like, not what it will do next Tuesday. The numbers are 1991–2020 climate averages: up to thirty years of observations rolled into twelve monthly means. Where a place has no published normal, the nearest station's records are averaged instead, and the page says how many years they cover.
Best time from the table
The best time to visit is derived from those same numbers — comfortable temperatures and lower rainfall — never typed into the CMS.
