Halloween Rooftop Party Pass NYC 2026

The Halloween Night Rooftop Party Pass turns 31 October into a rooftop crawl above Midtown Manhattan. A single general admission ticket opens four Halloween parties, at Haven Rooftop, Elsie Rooftop, RT60 at the Hard Rock Hotel and Le Jardin Rooftop, and you can move between them as you like from 10pm to 2am. It is 21+ with valid ID.

Start at Haven Rooftop, 132 West 47th Street, where you check in and pick up the wristband every venue asks for. The nearest subway is 47th-50th Streets-Rockefeller Center on the B, D, F and M lines. All four rooftops sit between Times Square and Central Park South, so the hop from one party to the next is a short walk.

Hotels near Times Square and in Midtown put you within walking distance of every rooftop on the pass, which matters at 2am on the busiest night of the year for taxis. Book early: Halloween weekend fills Midtown rooms fast.
