How to book several rooms at once

Open the guests and rooms selector on trip1, increase the room count, and set how many adults and children stay in each one. Searching this way filters out properties that cannot house the whole party on your dates.

At checkout you enter a lead guest name for each room so the hotel knows who is arriving where. You still pay once, and CoinGate generates a single QR code for the full amount.

What to know before you pay

The cancellation policy applies to the reservation as a whole, so check it before you book if plans might change for one room. Room locations are assigned by the hotel, and being in one booking does not put you on the same corridor.

Add a special request asking for rooms close together, and the hotel will do what it can at check-in.

When to book separately instead

Separate reservations make sense when people arrive on different dates, or when each traveller pays for their own room. The trade-off is that the hotel treats them as unrelated bookings.
