Events in UAE: what to know
Early December is the best of the weather here and the peak of the rates, which is the trade for a conference in this window. Festival Arena is on the Dubai Creek and off the Metro, so your base decides whether you walk or ride each day.
Abu Dhabi is around 90 minutes by road, which only makes sense for a two-day event if the rate difference is large.
