Check-in usually opens at 3pm and check-out falls at 11am, although 2pm and 12pm are common too. The hotel sets these times, not trip1, and they exist so housekeeping can turn rooms around between guests.
Apartments, villas, and small guesthouses often work differently. Many check in from 4pm and have staffed reception hours instead of a 24-hour desk, so arriving outside those hours needs arranging in advance.
Where to find your hotel's exact times
Open the property page on trip1 and read the policies section before you book. Once you pay, the same times appear in your confirmation email alongside the hotel's address and phone number.
If the times are missing or look unclear, send trip1 support your booking reference and we will confirm them with the property.
If your flight lands early or leaves late
Arriving before check-in opens is common. Leave your bags at reception and start your day, because almost every hotel stores luggage at no charge. Flying out in the evening works the same way in reverse.
For a very late arrival, add your expected time to the booking. A property without 24-hour reception can release your room if nobody arrives and nobody warned them.
