Book a hotel for someone else - step by step
Step 1: Search and select a hotel
Go to trip1.com, search for hotels in the guest's destination, and select a property and room. The booking process is the same whether you're booking for yourself or someone else.
Step 2: Enter the guest's details
At checkout, enter the guest's full name as it appears on their ID. This is the name the hotel will use for check-in. Also provide an email address where the booking confirmation should be sent - this can be your email, the guest's email, or both.
Step 3: Add any special requests
If the guest has preferences like a high floor, extra pillows, or early check-in, add them in the special requests field. The hotel will do its best to accommodate them.
Step 4: Pay with your crypto wallet
Select "Pay with crypto" and complete the payment from your own wallet. The guest doesn't need to be involved in the payment process at all. Once the payment is confirmed, the booking confirmation is sent to the email address you provided.
