Does trip1 store my crypto or personal data?
trip1 doesn't custody crypto or store card details. Personal data is limited to what booking requires - name, email, and booking history - under GDPR.

What trip1 stores
- Account details: email, guest name, and password hash (never the raw password).
- Booking records: hotel, dates, amount paid, coin used, and the on-chain transaction hash.
- Preferences: currency, language, and marketing settings you choose.
What trip1 does not store
- Cryptocurrency - trip1 has no custody and never sees your wallet private keys or seed phrase.
- Card numbers, bank details, or any traditional payment credentials.
- Your sending wallet address linked to your account for future payments - each invoice is independent.
Your rights over the data trip1 does hold
Under GDPR you can access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Email trip1 support with a data request, or use Account settings for self-service deletion. Some records may be retained if legally required (for example, accounting or AML records).
