Hotels near Wonderland Lisboa

Wonderland Lisboa, in Parque Eduardo VII above Marquês de Pombal square, is Lisbon's largest Christmas event, with a Ferris wheel, an ice rink, a Christmas village, Santa's house and a market of wooden stalls. Its 2025 edition was its tenth, and it has been nominated in European Best Destinations' Christmas market poll.

Entry is free, with charges for the attractions. In 2025, it ran from 28 November 2025 to 4 January 2026, according to listings, and was open from noon until the evening. The 2026 dates had not been announced at the time of writing.

From the top of the park, there are views down Avenida da Liberdade to the river, lined with Christmas lights.

Pro Tip: Ride the Ferris wheel at sunset for views over the park and Avenida da Liberdade, then walk down the avenue to Rossio to see the city's Christmas lights.
