Can I add multiple employees or travelers to one business account?
In short
- Yes. One trip1 account can book for many travellers - just enter the guest's name at checkout for each booking.
- The traveller doesn't need their own trip1 account to stay at the hotel - they show ID matching the guest name at check-in.
- For a shared-access team setup or admin roles, contact trip1 support - custom arrangements are possible for corporate accounts.
How to book for someone else
Step 1 - Search and choose the hotel
Sign in to your trip1 account and search hotels for the traveller's destination and dates.
Step 2 - Enter the traveller's details
At checkout, enter the traveller's name as the guest. Add the traveller's email if they should receive a copy of the voucher.
Step 3 - Pay from the company wallet
Complete the crypto payment. The confirmation goes to your account email; forward the voucher to the traveller.
Multiple bookings from one account
There's no cap on how many separate bookings one account can make. All appear together in My Bookings, which makes reconciling group travel much easier.
Formal team accounts
trip1 doesn't have a formal team-seat feature yet. For companies that need shared admin access, role-based permissions, or per-employee bookings under one billing entity, contact trip1 support to discuss options.
