How do I pay with Binance Pay on desktop - scanning the QR code with the Binance app?
On desktop, choose Binance Pay in the trip1 crypto checkout, scan the QR code with the Binance app, pick your coin and confirm with your Pay PIN.

Before you start
Booking on trip1 from a laptop or desktop and paying from your phone takes about a minute with Binance Pay. You'll need:
- A verified Binance account in a region where Binance Pay is available
- The Binance app installed and logged in on your phone
- A Binance Pay PIN set up (or 2FA enabled)
- Enough balance in a coin Binance Pay supports, such as BTC, ETH, BNB or USDC
Pay with Binance Pay on desktop - step by step
Step 1: Choose Pay with crypto on trip1
Pick your hotel, room and dates, then go to checkout. Select Pay with crypto and the CoinGate window opens. CoinGate is trip1's crypto payment provider.
Step 2: Select Binance Pay
In the CoinGate window, choose Binance Pay as your payment method. You don't need to pick a blockchain network or copy a wallet address. A Binance Pay QR code appears with a countdown timer.
Step 3: Scan the QR code with the Binance app
Open the Binance app on your phone and tap the scan icon on the home screen. Point your camera at the QR code on your desktop screen.
Step 4: Review the order in the app
The Binance app shows the payment details, including the merchant and the exact amount. Check that everything looks right before you continue.
Step 5: Choose your coin and wallet
Pick which supported coin you want to pay with. To change the wallet the funds come from, such as Funding or Spot, tap the arrow next to the payment method.
Step 6: Confirm the payment
Tap Pay and confirm with your Binance Pay PIN or 2FA. The payment confirms instantly, and the CoinGate window updates. trip1 then confirms your booking and emails you the details.
Important: Your Binance Pay PIN locks after five wrong attempts. If you're unsure of it, reset it in the Binance app before you start checkout so the timer doesn't run out.
If the QR code expires
The QR code only works while the CoinGate countdown runs. If it expires before you scan, go back and restart checkout to get a fresh QR code.
