Why does my trip1 booking confirmation show wrong dates or room type?

Contact trip1 support right away with the booking reference. If the hotel has availability we'll change the dates or room - fees depend on the rate booked.

Why didn't I receive my trip1 booking confirmation email?

Check spam and promotions folders first. Resend from My Bookings if signed in, or contact trip1 support with your booking reference to get a fresh copy.
