Why this happens: Booking confirmations from new senders often land in spam or Gmail's Promotions tab.
How to fix it:
- Search your inbox for "trip1" or your booking reference.
- Check the spam and promotions folders.
- Mark the trip1 email as "not spam" or add the sender to your contacts so future ones arrive in the inbox.
Payment hasn't confirmed yet
Why this happens: The confirmation only sends once the crypto payment finalises on-chain. If your payment is still pending, the email hasn't gone out yet.
