Events in Barcelona: what to know
Check which Fira site your event uses before booking. Montjuïc is the older campus at Plaça Espanya; Fira Gran Via is a separate site in L'Hospitalet, around 20 minutes further out. This one is Montjuïc.
Plaça Espanya is on metro lines 1, 3 and 8, about 15 minutes from the Gothic Quarter. A base near Sants gives you the station and a short hop to the venue; Eixample puts the evening side events within walking distance.
