London NW1 4NR, UK
Frieze London is one of the world's leading contemporary art fairs, and Frieze Masters, a 15-minute walk away across the park, covers everything from antiquities to 20th-century art. Both run in temporary pavilions in The Regent's Park from 14 to 18 October 2026. The 14th is an invitation-only preview; general admission opens at 13:00 on Thursday 15 October and runs through Sunday 18 October, when the fair closes at 18:00.
Standard day tickets cost roughly £50 to £60, with combined tickets for both fairs available. If that feels steep, Frieze Sculpture is free: large outdoor works installed across the English Gardens of Regent's Park from 16 September to 1 November 2026. Frieze week also brings late openings and special exhibitions at galleries across Mayfair, King's Cross and South London.
The park itself is at its best in October, with the rose garden fading and the tree-lined avenues turning.
Pro Tip: Book a Friday 16 October ticket for the calmest public day, see Frieze London in the morning and Frieze Masters after lunch, then walk the free sculpture trail in the English Gardens before the light goes.
