About Art Basel Miami Beach 2026
Art Basel Miami Beach runs its public days 4-6 December 2026 at the Miami Beach Convention Center, after preview days on 2 and 3 December. It is the largest art fair in the Americas, with more than 250 leading galleries filling the halls a few blocks from the beach.
The fair anchors Miami Art Week: Design Miami next door, satellite fairs from NADA to Untitled on the sand, and openings across the Wynwood and Design District galleries. For one week the whole city runs on art, and the parties follow suit.
South Beach puts the convention center within walking distance, with the satellite-fair tents nearby. Mid-Beach works with a short ride down Collins Avenue, and Downtown or Brickell across the bay suit visitors splitting time with the mainland galleries. Art Week is Miami's busiest hotel stretch of the year, so book early.
