Art Basel Paris 2026
The art world's October rendezvous, under the glass roof of the Grand Palais.
About Art Basel Paris 2026
Art Basel Paris holds its fifth edition at the Grand Palais, with public days running 23-25 October 2026 after preview days on 21 and 22 October. The fair brings together 206 galleries from 41 countries across three sectors - Galeries, Emergence, and Premise - under the restored glass roof of one of Paris's grandest exhibition halls.
The fair anchors what has become Paris's art week: a public program across the city, satellite fairs, gallery openings, and museum exhibitions timed to the same days. Collectors, curators, and the simply curious pour into the city, and the evenings fill with vernissages from the Marais to Saint-Germain.
The Grand Palais sits just off the Champs-Elysees, with the Champs-Elysees-Clemenceau metro station (lines 1 and 13) at its doorstep. Staying in the 8th puts the fair within walking distance; Saint-Germain and the Marais keep you close to the gallery circuit. Hotels across central Paris fill for art week, so book early.
