The Haunting on the Roof is a Halloween rooftop party with an Afro-fusion soundtrack. NYC DJs move between Afrobeats, R&B and reggae at High Bar Rooftop on Saturday 31 October 2026, with doors at 9pm. Tropical cocktails and VIP bottle service are available, and if it rains the party moves inside to the bar and dance floor.
High Bar is at 346 West 40th Street, near the Times Square-42nd Street and 42nd Street-Port Authority subway stations. Entry is 21+ with a physical ID only, as photos of IDs are not accepted, and the dress code is upscale stylish attire.
Hotels in Hell's Kitchen and around Times Square are a few minutes' walk from West 40th Street, and Hell's Kitchen tends to cost less than the square itself on a busy Halloween weekend.
