Yas Bay East Beach remains open, and guests may continue to use the beach and its facilities as usual. Construction activity and the presence of equipment may occur in certain areas near the beach. Alternatively, hotel guests may visit Yas Beach, located approximately 10 km away. The hotel does not provide shuttle service to Yas Beach. Guests staying on the All-Inclusive meal plan may have lunch or dinner at the Capila Pool Bar & Grill during the following hours: Lunch: from 12:30 PM to 03:30 PM Dinner: from 06:30 PM to 10:30 PM Beverages from the All-Inclusive drink’s menu will continue to be available from 12:00 PM until 10:30 PM. Capila Pool Bar & Grill Operating Hours: 10:00 AM – 10:30 PM. Café Del Mar will be closed effective June 11, 2026. Guests may use the hotel's newly reopened beach facilities as an alternative. A beach bar is currently being developed at the property, with construction works expected to continue until 20 October 2026. The property will remain fully operational throughout this period, and guests will continue to have access to the beach and its facilities as usual. Every effort will be made to minimize any disruption; however, some development-related activities and equipment may be visible in designated areas near the beach. As an alternative, hotel guests are also welcome to enjoy access to Yas Beach, which is located in walking distance. The hotel does not provide transportation to Yas Beach. The hotel apologizes for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciates guests' understanding. Children above 12 are considered adults. Guests are required to pay AED 300.00 per child per night upon arrival. Buffet breakfast surcharge: approximately AED 110.00 for adults. Breakfast is only included for children 6 years and below. The children 8 years old would have to pay 50% of the breakfast amount. Above 12 y consider adult and need to pay 100% of breakfast amount. Theme park access is included in the rate. Facilities include a dedicated fitness area, an outdoor sports court, and direct beach access. Located just steps from the hotel, the beach will be open daily from 07:00 AM until sunset.
