The city tax applies to guests aged 13 or over. Pets are not allowed. 2-bedroom residence: check-in open from 04:00 PM and check-out until 12:00 PM. Hotel room and suites: check-in open from 03:00 PM and check-out until 12:00 PM. The hotel will be open until November 15, 2025, which will extend the season by two weeks compared to previous years. In 2026, the hotel will open earlier than usual — on February 1, which will significantly shorten the winter period. Recently, the resort has undergone changes: a comprehensive wellness concept with new activities and programs, the reconstruction of several spa areas to enhance the level of relaxation, new restaurants and updated gastronomic concepts, a gym with new equipment, room renovations, reconstruction of some residences and a multi-functional hall suitable for meetings or private events for up to 50 people. Upon the guest’s arrival on the premises, the hotel requires the guest’s credit card information for any incidentals. HB + Gastronomic Experience: clients may choose to enjoy a full 3 course meal à la carte (starter, main course & dessert) + soft drinks + 1 bottle of wine from a selected wines list in a variety of F&B outlets (A-Costa, Trattoria Pantaleone, Gaivotas or Room Service). The F&B outlets operate seasonally, and while at least one outlet will always be available, but cannot be guaranteed that all outlets will be open simultaneously throughout the year. This is subject to F&B outlet availability/capacity and requires a pre-booking of the desired venues upon the reservation request.
