About IMEX America 2026
IMEX America is the biggest business events and meetings trade show in the Americas, running 13-15 October 2026 at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center. Smart Monday, the free education day run with MPI, opens things on 12 October.
The core of it is hosted buyer appointments: thousands of pre-scheduled meetings between corporate and agency planners and destinations, hotels, convention bureaus and venues. Around that sit education sessions on event technology, AI in planning, sustainability and duty of care, plus a heavy evening reception schedule.
Mandalay Bay is at the southern end of the Strip, with its own convention centre and more than 4,000 rooms across Mandalay Bay, Delano and Four Seasons. Staying on property saves you the Strip traffic; mid-Strip hotels are a short ride but the drive can be slow at peak times.
