Ministry of Interior in the State of Qatar requires travelers with passports issued by countries including India, Iran, Pakistan and Thailand to book their accommodation on the Discover Qatar Visa on Arrival Portal prior to their arrival into the country. Front desk is open 24/7. The hotel will be partially purchased by the state from 09/29/2026 to 10/31/2026. During this period, exclusive use will be made of the main building and its amenities, including the beach, main pool, family pool, spa, gym and restaurants. The overwater restaurant La Marsa will remain open. Guests who have already booked villas will not have access to the main building and its facilities during their stay. Guests who have already booked rooms can either move to an alternative hotel offered by the hotel or cancel their reservation free of charge. The Si Breeze open-air lounge will begin closing operations starting 18th March 2026 and will remain closed for the season moving forward. The team will welcome guests again around mid October 2026, when Si Breeze will reopen with a new concept. Chalets and villas are subject to a deposit ranging from QAR 500.00 to QAR 1500.00 per stay. Pool access available from 08:00 AM to 08:00 PM. Reservations are required for massage services and spa treatments. Reservations can be made by contacting the property prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation. No pets and no service animals are allowed at this property.
