About TFest 2026
TFest is a luxury and wellness travel gathering that runs as a residential event rather than a trade show floor. Chapter VII takes place 25-28 October 2026 at Fairmont Mayakoba on Mexico's Riviera Maya, with an Americas focus.
The format mixes curated one-to-one meetings between suppliers and advisors with talks, wellness programming and long social sessions, run over four days on one property. It draws luxury travel advisors, hotel and resort brands, and wellness operators, and it is generally invitation-based.
Fairmont Mayakoba sits in a mangrove and lagoon resort complex just north of Playa del Carmen, about 50 minutes from Cancún airport. Delegates almost always stay on property; Playa del Carmen and Puerto Morelos are the alternatives if you want to be off site.
