Daytime
Cold inland, raw in Istanbul, only gently milder on the Mediterranean fringe. Days are still short, so outdoor plans have to finish early.
A clear February afternoon in Antalya can trick you into thinking spring has arrived. Evening on the same harbour will correct that. Carry the layer you would take to a northern city, then subtract a jumper if you stay on the far south coast.

Showers stay frequent in the north and west. The Black Sea does not pretend to be the Mediterranean, and February is a reminder.
