Turkey weather in June
June opens the beach season on the south and west coasts. Long days, dry weather, and the first real crowds in Antalya, Alanya, Bodrum and the resorts that face the Aegean. The sea is finally the plan, not an extra.

What is Turkey like in June?
Daytime
Hot on the coast by afternoon. The water is the point. Ruins are a morning job: Ephesus at opening, then back to the shade. Midday sightseeing in Side or on the Lycian hills is a way to remember the month for the wrong reason.
The interior is hot too, without the sea to duck into. If you add Cappadocia, treat it as dawn balloons and evening valleys, not a midday hike. Nights on the coast are warm enough that air-con becomes part of the brief.
Rain
Rain is no longer the story on the Mediterranean and Aegean. Pack for sun, not for showers. A storm inland is possible and then gone.
The Black Sea still does its own thing, but that is not the coast most June holidays are sold on. If you are on the Turquoise Coast, the monthly table will look dry because it is.
